The Dyson HEPA Big+Quiet Formaldehyde BP06 Large is a high-performance air purifier designed for large spaces such as offices, classrooms, hotels and spacious indoor environments. Its advanced airflow system projects purified air throughout the room while maintaining relatively quiet operation. Dyson specifies coverage of up to 100 m².

The fully sealed HEPA H13 filtration system captures 99.95% of particles as small as 0.1 microns, including ultrafine particles, allergens, dust and other airborne pollutants. A large activated carbon filter helps capture gases and odours, while the dedicated catalytic filter continuously destroys formaldehyde.

Dyson’s formaldehyde sensing system detects molecules significantly smaller than 0.1 microns and works with the Selective Catalytic Oxidation (SCO) filter to break down formaldehyde into water and carbon dioxide. The purifier also senses and reports CO₂ levels and air-quality information on its display.

The BP06 uses acoustically engineered airflow technology to reduce turbulence, vibration and low-frequency noise. It operates at approximately 43 dBA in Quiet mode and up to 55.6 dBA at maximum airflow, making it suitable for professional environments where continuous purification is required.
