  • Electronics Products: We specialize in selling consumer electronics. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith but are subject to change without notice.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur inadvertently.
  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for that item.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item or its price.
  • A contract between you and Fgmagnit for the sale of a product is formed only when we send you an “Order Confirmation” email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing error, or inability to fulfill the order.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe (for credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) and Tamara (for “buy now, pay later” services).
  • Payment Security: By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All payment transactions are secured and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • Tamara Services: Any use of Tamara’s services is subject to Tamara’s own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Fgmagnit is not responsible for the actions or policies of Tamara.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Title and Risk: The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier for shipment.
  • Delivery Delays: Fgmagnit is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier or force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes).

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
